Gift Acceptance Policies

Donors and/or their financial advisors should contact the Office of Stewardship and Development (337-261-5642) when a gift is being contemplated to ensure that the best interests of the giver and the Diocese are given due consideration in the planning stages. Honoring donor intent within the means available to the Diocese of Lafayette is our solemn commitment.
 

Give and gifts will be given to you; a good measure, packed together, shaken down, and overflowing, will be poured into your lap. For the measure with which you measure will in return be measured out to you.  Luke 6:38

Executors of estates for deceased individuals who have left a bequest to the Diocese of Lafayette should also contact the Office of Stewardship and Development when ready to execute the gift.
